This page is to serve an a source of information for Body Boarding (and surfing, too) in the San Diego/La Jolla information. Of course, the number one question people ask is, "How is the surf?". Initially, I'll have a few links here on the page telling us.
Scripps Pier is where I go bodyboarding most of the time. I've linked in the latest snapshot (taken on the hour) of the pier. Thanks to the people working who setup these cameras.
There's some good info on wave height and ocean bottom temps updated frequently. Go here.
Surfline.com has dozens of surf reports online! Of course, the one I use most is the Surfline Scripps Pier Surf Report. Check them out, they have pleny of live cams, too!
A lot of Bodyboarders surf, (including me), here's a great site with more surf info and pictures.
